RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) purchased in the Youlty store within 30 days of the original purchase, provided they are in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by original price tags and receipt.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we provide international delivery in few days all around the world.

 

How do I return an item?

 

1. Fill in the Return Form that is included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning. 

Please note that we are unable to process your return without the Return Form. If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer Service to help you.

2. Place your Return Form, together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.

3. Contact the courier company Delhivery to arrange a collection for your return using one of the following methods:

By phone: +39 3512320036 (9:00 – 20:00 Mon-Sun)
By email: info@youlty.com 

4. A courier from Delhivery will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.

5. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.

How do I track my order?

 

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. 

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Please note that very small and light packages might be delivered through the mailbox, and therefore cannot be tracked.

What are your delivery options?

 

We deliver on business days, excluding bank holidays.

During high season and sale, shipping might take a little longer. 

We deliver with DHL- TNT
